PA WHEATFIELD — Wheatfield Board of Supervisors approves modified data center framework. The board voted unanimously to revise the data center resolution after Supervisor Paul Finkenbinder moved to change language about setbacks and buffers to reference the existing Zoning Ordinance and SALDO, and to remove a Compatibility Requirements section that referenced a nonexistent comprehensive plan. Other approvals included a spring cleanup on April 23-25, authorization for road seal coat and paving bid packages, renewal of a 200-ton salt contract, and a Solar Farm Ordinance for county submission.
The board also approved an annual safety deposit box rental at Bank of Landisburg for $16.
